:Responsibilities

• Daily Contract Management of Asset Production from project side, like: Define and create project plans considering timelines & milestones with support of responsible All Asset Manager, Project Office & Shipyard Counterpart.
• Managing progress monitoring and cost control programs for the assigned sub project to meet the contractual performance targets.
• Execute the Sub Projects in accordance with the approved schedule and budget in close coordination with shipyard counterpart.
• Responsible for managing their Asset related project specification requirements & quality targets and to ensure compliance with the specification and standard ship building practice.
• Periodic comprehensive review and reporting of project progress and preparation of catch-up plans as required.
• Responsible for investigating, defining, monitoring, mitigation and reporting of possible sub project risks related to Asset production with support of responsible Asset Manager.
• Responsible for taking care of customer inspection & acceptance teams.

Other Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture/Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• IPMA/GPM Project Management Level Training “D” or equivalent (CAPM)
• Must be able to understand and manage the contracts and annexes related to their Sub-Project.
• Understanding of maritime business / shipbuilding.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Project or other project management software.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Basic skills in ERP system or equivalent.
• 3+ Years of industrial experience in ship production and/or ship operation.
• 2+ Years of Project management experience and have worked with a team on a complex industrial project
