Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility, and reporting.

  • Lead and supervise the B2B sales team, tracking performance and ensuring target achievement.

  • Develop and execute B2B sales plans and targets aligned with the Building Materials market.

  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights and reports to support management decisions.

     

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Building Materials industry.

  • Proven experience in sales team leadership and target-driven environments.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
