Description
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy to support long-term business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a finance team of 10, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
  • Manage fund operations, including fund structuring, deployment, and compliance.
  • Lead financing initiatives, including securing loans, investments, and capital for business growth.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize working capital.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and international financial standards.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls and processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Track and analyze budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Oversee fund structuring, deployment, and performance tracking.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions to secure funding.
  • Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
  • Conduct financial performance reviews, identifying trends, and presenting actionable recommendations.
  • Provide regular financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the executive team.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across the organization without compromising quality or growth initiatives.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate financial considerations into operational planning.
  • Act as the primary financial liaison for investors, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop contingency plans to address financial crises, market volatility, or operational disruptions.
  • Lead the organization through financial challenges, ensuring stability and resilience.


Requirements:
 
  • Current Title: Finance Director (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in fund management, financing, and capital raising.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and global financial practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
