Responsibilities

-Preparation of technical reports and presentations. 
-Conduct comprehensive studies and analyzes  to understand the current state of the city and identify needs and opportunities.
-Analysis of population growth, demographic distribution, land use, transportation, environment, infrastructure and public services.
-Provide periodic reports and assessments to management and partners to clarify progress and future challenges.
-Supervising the provision of analytical studies, maps, geographical data and technical support to the beneficiaries. 
 -Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented projects and programs related to city planning projects.
-Assesses impacts and results based on predefined indicators and makes recommendations for improvement. 

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning. 
-5 years Experience .
-At least one certificate in one of the accredited Urban Planning certificates or its equivalent.
-At least one certificate in one of the accredited  Project Quality Management and Evaluation certificates or its equivalent.
