Description

Responsibilities
 
  • Develop and build GRC advisory framework and operating models for multiple clients. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain governance and compliance policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations. 
  • Monitor and assess governance and compliance across various clients to ensure adherence to established policies. 
  • Conduct regular governance and compliance reviews to identify potential governance & compliance issues and implement corrective actions. 
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations and ensure the organization’s policies are updated accordingly. 
  • Provide regular compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Identify, consult, and evaluate risks associated with business processes and propose mitigation strategies to provide the advisory matrix. 
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and practices. 
  • Continuously monitor the risk environment and update risk assessments and management plans accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with business clients to develop risk awareness programs and knowledge transfer sessions. 
  • Prepare detailed risk reports for management, highlighting key risks and recommended actions. 
  • Ensure that business consultancy teams adhere to established processes and standards. 
  • Review and analyze process flows to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency. 
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness. 
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures. 
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • audit findings to senior management and recommend corrective actions. 
  • Develop and deliver sessions on governance, risk management, and compliance topics. 
  • Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness across organization. 
  • Create educational materials and resources to enhance compliance and risk management understanding to facilitate project delivery. 
  • Conduct regular workshops and seminars to keep client informed about compliance and risk updates. 
  • Engage with clients, and other stakeholders to successful project delivery. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on governance, risk, and compliance matters. 
  • Support client engagements by providing insights and recommendations on risk management and compliance. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory meetings to stay abreast of best practices and regulatory changes. 


  Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles, preferably within a consultancy industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian regulatory environment and international compliance standards. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. 
  • Advance English proficiency. 
  • Proficiency in using governance risk management and compliance software tools.
