Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or related field
- + 10 years of Experience
- Experience in strategic planning, sales management, marketing, and retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and achieving business targets
