Responsibilities
 
  •  Develop and implement a robust commercial strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and market opportunities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales, marketing, and business development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  •  Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
  •   Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, promotions, and product assortments to maximize profitability
  •  Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics
  • Utilize market insights to drive innovation and adjust commercial strategies as needed
  •  Lead the creation and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement
  •  Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and promotional activities 
  •  Implement and monitor best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  •  Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial stewardship
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or related field
  • + 10 years of Experience
  •   Experience in strategic planning, sales management, marketing, and retail operations
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
  •  Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a history of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and achieving business targets
