Job Summary
The GRC Manager is responsible for overseeing governance frameworks, risk management
processes, and compliance activities to ensure the organization operates within regulatory
and corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement GRC policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor internal controls and governance standards
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation
• Coordinate risk mitigation strategies with departments
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, Finance, or
related field
• Professional certifications preferred
Experience
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance
• Experience in internal audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Skills & Competencies
• Risk assessment and compliance management
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards
• Leadership and communication skill
