Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Site Visits and Prospecting: You will be tasked with conducting site visits to identify and prospect new customers. This involves actively seeking out
.potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services in a compelling manner
• Appointment Setting with Architects and Interior Designers: Your role will involve scheduling and attending appointments with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals. During these meetings, you will introduce our products, discuss their unique selling points, and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
• Sales Activities: You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. You will follow up on leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
• Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is key to success in this role. You will provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Introducing and reviewing green building solutions products to customers, and displaying the features and benefits.
• Preparing and presenting compelling sales presentations and contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed established sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or Architectural Design.
-Experience in outdoor sales, closing deals with clients.
- Skilled in managing key client accounts and building strong relationships.
- 4 Years of experience in sales or in related field.
