Requirements
- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices
- Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and supervise the sorting and prioritization process to ensure organized, smooth and efficient communications
- Receive and classify external requests and coordinate with concerned stakeholders to take needed actions in a timely manner
- Develop content for official communications and administrative decisions based on templates and guidelines
- Develop schedule and timeline for the delivery of correspondences/parcels and follow-up on implementation to ensure accurate and timely deliveries in coordination with concerned stakeholders
- Provide administrative support as needed including copying and editing procedures while ensuring confidentiality of the information and proper document preservation
- Follow up on required approvals and signatures from concerned stakeholders ensuring a timely response
- Record and archive digital and hard copies of confidential documents received / issued ensuring abidance with classification and indexing mechanisms
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an Administration Communication field
- Technical Diploma in Administrative Affairs or equivalent is required
