About the Role:
Tania Water operates a multi-channel digital commerce ecosystem serving a large customer base across mobile apps, web store, call center, and WhatsApp. The company has recently integrated a customer engagement platform and is preparing to launch lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels. The CRM Automation Manager will own strategy and execution of all automated customer touchpoints, driving retention and reactivation across Tania's digital channels.
What You'll Own:
End-to-end customer lifecycle automation for Tania Water — from onboarding through replenishment reminders to win-back campaigns across push, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute automated lifecycle journeys for Tania's customer base: onboarding flows, replenishment reminders based on predicted reorder cycles, and win-back sequences for inactive customers. Build Tania's customer segmentation framework using order frequency, product type (gallon, carton, coupon booklets), recency, lifetime value, and channel preference. Own Tania's WhatsApp Business channel for transactional and promotional messaging. Manage push notification strategy with rigorous A/B testing on timing, copy, and offers. Support Tania's loyalty program communications. Work with the Digital and AI Director on attribution and measurement — connecting campaign performance to Tania's order data through mobile attribution and web analytics platforms.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation — preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or subscription businesses.
- Hands-on experience with a customer engagement platform (CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage, or similar).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and RFM analysis. Experience managing WhatsApp Business API campaigns at scale.
- Comfortable reading attribution reports and connecting campaign activity to business outcomes. Arabic fluency required.
- Saudi/GCC market experience is a plus.
