Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Manage suppliers’ relations and build contacts with potential suppliers for new brands and products on the platform in coordination with account management lead.
  • Track, monitor and manage suppliers’ relations with all departments.
  •  Plan & implement strategies with account management lead that will establish & maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers.
  •  Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Coordinate with assigned on boarded suppliers for stock and prices updates by using the price and stock update sheet as well as updating on the backend.
  •  Review and arrange data received from suppliers before importing to the system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and campaigns lead to get offers during country-wide campaigns or for supplier related campaigns


 Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. (English & Arabic).
  •  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  •  Industry knowledge and ability to understand clients’ needs and requirements
