Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring smooth functionality and maintenance of facilities.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Address and resolve tenant concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, acting as the main point of contact for all property-related matters.
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and address any violations or disputes.
- Coordinate lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs in collaboration with leasing teams.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor operating budgets for the assigned properties.
- Oversee rent collections, manage delinquencies, and generate monthly financial reports.
- Approve expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness in all property operations.
- Select, manage, and evaluate vendors and service providers for maintenance and operations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best services within budget constraints.
- Ensure timely completion of vendor work and compliance with agreed terms.
- Supervise and mentor property management staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with property objectives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
- Ensure properties adhere to all local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance purposes.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the properties through proactive measures.
- Generate detailed reports on property performance, including financials, occupancy, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tenant retention.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for value addition and expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : 5 Years
- Strong knowledge of property management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
