Position Title: Program Manager

Experience: 5–7 years (minimum)
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree
Objective
To contribute to the implementation of project management principles for the Union’s programs and initiatives, ensuring their progress and outputs align with the project’s goals through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Job Description
Provide support in managing and executing projects at all stages, coordinating and following up on project plans and components, as well as overseeing preparation, implementation, and documentation procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with developing operational and strategic plans.
- Knowledge of project management models and tools.
- Professional certification in project management is preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CPM).
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide necessary support to develop implementation plans for the Union’s initiatives and programs, and update them regularly.
- Create all necessary templates and reports for managing the Union's programs and initiatives.
- Document all information related to the Union’s programs and initiatives, establish a database for them, and update it continuously in accordance with Union guidelines.
- Prepare all essential project documentation, including project initiation documents, execution plans, and benefit realization plans, and submit them for review and approval.
- Monitor the progress of the Union’s programs and initiatives, prepare progress reports, and identify any deviations from timelines for review and approval.
- Follow up with external suppliers involved in the Union’s programs and initiatives to ensure tasks are completed with the required quality and within the specified timeframe.
- Coordinate internal project resources and collaborate with external parties and suppliers to ensure project completion.
- Participate in evaluating the outcomes of the Union's programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with agreed-upon specifications and standards.
- Continuously update risk records, assumptions, and challenges related to the Union’s programs and initiatives in coordination with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of project budgets based on the scope of work.
- Measure project performance effectiveness using the necessary tools and techniques.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address inquiries regarding the Union’s programs and initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Participate in feasibility studies for proposed projects and analyze their results.
- Coordinate project plans and monitor the execution of initiatives as part of operational plans, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Follow up on project implementation procedures and document achievements as planned.
- Assist in collecting all necessary data and information to measure operational performance indicators and formulate them for project progress tracking.
- Prepare contracts, negotiate terms, and manage changes and additions to agreements with suppliers and consultants.
