Description
Responsibilities
1 Analyzing and evaluating the various processes within the company to identify strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities for improvement
2. Develop and improve strategies and plans to improve the agency's performance on identified needs and objectives a Build the strategy
3. Analyzing data to evaluate the company's performance in terms of the efficiency of the components of the operational structure
4. Provide training and workshops for employees to raise awareness of the importance of institutional excellence and enhance the required skills
5. Cooperate with various departments within the Secretariat to achieve improvements and exchange ideas and experiences
6. Preparing periodic performance reports showing the progress of strategic indicators, improvement plans, and future recommendations.
7. Follow up on trends and developments in the field of institutional excellence and apply new best practices
8. Follow up on existing challenges at the company level and develop proposed solutions
9. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and address areas of non-conformity
10. Proposing corrective actions to deal with cases of non-conformity and tracking their implementation
12. Conducting periodic surveys and submitting reports according to the institutional excellence management framework
Qualifications:
• From 3 to 6 Years of experience.
• Quality Management
• Management of Institutional Excellence
• Statistical analysis
• Collect and analyze business requirements
• Improve procedures
• Improve operational models
• Design presentations and write professional reports
• Microsoft Office
• effective communication
• Work within the work team
• Logical thinking
• Fluent in English
