Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Implementing systematic employee development procedures
  • Coordinate with the central department in the recruitment process.
  •  Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR practices are compliant. 
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  •  Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  •  Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Organize cultural activities that drive employee engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Manage and oversee social insurance and medical insurance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
  • Oversee onboarding and performance management processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and a positive introduction to the company in coordination with the central department. 
  • Cooperate with the departments to keep the job descriptions updated in coordination with the central department.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  •  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills. (English & Arabic) 
  • Knowledge of employee payroll and compliance.
  •  Highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful.
  • Presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrate prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem solving. 
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
