Description
Responsibilities
- Implementing systematic employee development procedures
- Coordinate with the central department in the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR practices are compliant.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Organize cultural activities that drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee social insurance and medical insurance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
- Oversee onboarding and performance management processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and a positive introduction to the company in coordination with the central department.
- Cooperate with the departments to keep the job descriptions updated in coordination with the central department.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills. (English & Arabic)
- Knowledge of employee payroll and compliance.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful.
- Presentation skills.
- Demonstrate prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem solving.
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
