Summary
Assisting the Secretary-General in providing specialized legal advice to the University Affairs Council and the General Secretariat with high efficiency and achieving effective communication with universities and other parties.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in preparing the secretariat’s strategic plan to ensure that ambitious and logical goals are set.
  • Participate in developing a comprehensive strategy and action plans to align with the University Affairs Council’s strategy to ensure goals are achieved The strategy.

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding and cooperation that the secretariat concludes with others in technical coordination with the content units The relevant General Secretariat.
Qualifications
  • PhD with a degree of no less than associate professor, specializing in law, preferably in administrative law.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • At least ten years of experience in legal and academic work in universities.
  • It is preferable to have courses in the fields of legal, governance, compliance, management, planning, leadership of work teams, and in human relations skills.
