Role Summary:
Responsibilities
The Chief Financial Officer will play a pivotal role by providing strategic financial leadership and leading the financial strategy for the company by developing and implementing financial plans and budgets that drives growth and maximizes profit.

- Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets
- Identifying cost savings and revenue opportunities
- Leading the forecasting and planning process
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing financial analysis and support for decision making and strategic planning while strictly abiding by the right legal & audit practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting

Master’s Degree is a plus

CPA / CMA certification

10-15 years of senior management experience in the financial and strategy setting function

3+ years of experience in similar role
- Marketing and Advertisement industry experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of financial management
- Preparation of control and financial monitoring mechanism

Assessment and management of financial risks

Deep knowledge and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and SOCPA
