Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Conduct training needs analysis based on performance management results and individual development plans and accordingly develop an overall gap assessment report consolidating needs for each function within the organization
  • Review and assess competency framework and identify which level of training is required for different employees in order to accordingly provide input for the development of the organization training catalogue
  • Design internal courses and material to meet training needs and achieve individual goals and career objectives
  • Coordinate with Procurement function to establish agreements with approved training providers and agree on needed deliverables, scope, price, schedule, and other related training details
  • Identify appropriate scheduling for the execution of training plans as well as the respective venues and communicate details to all employees to ensure awareness
  • Coordinate with training providers to agree on training materials and training execution
  • Follow up on training related expenditures to ensure there are no deviations from set budget and highlight any discrepancies
  • Assess training evaluation results and report any identified issues for future decision making

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a Learning and Development field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required
