Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related issues, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
- Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives that support employee growth and organizational needs.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compensation planning to ensure equity, competitiveness, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure effective use of HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor regulations and internal policies, handling investigations and disciplinary processes as needed.
- Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, inclusion, and high employee morale.
:Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or professional HR certification preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a broad HR management role (Preferably in the Retail field).
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
