Qualifications and Requirements
- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices
- Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
- Develop project control guidelines, processes, instructions, and templates to facilitate management of projects and disseminate to all relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with Program Manager to prioritize projects as per The organization's strategic plan and priorities
- Supervise projects planning (i.e., sequence of activities, budget estimate, timeline, communication schedule, risks, and mitigation planning) ensuring satisfaction of all predefined prerequisites
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to be tracked during projects for performance monitoring
- Support in the selection of service providers and agree on contractual terms and conditions to ensure that the most appropriate and efficient equipment / tools / methods / services are used with optimal cost for successful delivery
- Facilitate project implementation and study change requests to ensure compliance with set plans and strategy
- Follow up on project implementation and track KPIs to ensure compliance with project quality standards, timeline, and budget
- Identify and define day-to-day problems and risks within ongoing projects, suggest corrective actions to solve issues where possible and escalate for resolution
- Ensure the development of progress reports of projects within the program in an accurate and timely manner according to set reporting guidelines to provide updates on progress and facilitate decision-making
- Analyze KPIs for projects budget expenditure, resources, utilization ratios, and enforce enhancement actions to improve performance of future projects
- Develop project closure reports and verify the delivery of all project output in line with approved plan
- Assess service providers' performance and delivery quality, and ensure documented scope of work is executed, and all relevant procedures are followed
Qualifications and Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Project Management field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
