Associate HR Consultant work closely with HR consultant, to build and operate variety of HR consultancy services to different clients across MENA.

Responsibilities:

Operate different HR services such (Talent management, Performance management, Compensation and benefit, HR Strategies,) with HR Consultant to different clients across MENA.
Prepare industry Research, HR case studies to different HR situations to be benchmarked.
Manage HR Consulting project in different HR functions related to focused scope of work.
Operate HR advisory services such as: salary benchmark, performance appraisal methodology guidelines.
Design HR advisory project pipeline, Client briefing documentation in close cooperation with HR consultant.
Meet and speaks regularly with top talents and identifies new opportunities for them (Passive search).
Engages in different people management projects with client include leadership negotiate and relations.
Provides the instant feedback to clients about their people management practices.
Ideation to design new human capital methodologies in ( HR operating models, HR and management Governance, Maturity Assessment)

Skills and qualification:

Bachelor's degree+ in business or human resource management or relevant majors.
1-6 Years experiences in relevant HR activities.
Excellent Business acumen and commercial drive competencies.
Excellent Analytical and communication competencies.
Excellent knowledge about HR functions.
Consulting and problem solving skills.
