Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business solutions team to understand the client’s current infrastructure and identify areas for improvement that could be implemented yet functional.
- Analyze client’s Infrastructure data through implementing Analytic tools and Situational Analysis to identify the gap area that needs intervention.
- Build up business proposals for the client that includes the best fit business Interventions that will support upgrading Client’s business Infrastructure and current practices.
- Breakdown Business proposals into Project plans and road map that reflects timelines, deliverables, and project resources.
- Collaborate and align with Consultancy team or any other relevant stakeholders to gather relevant information regarding proposal development.
- Schedule a proposal committee with consultancy team and top management to present proposal in clear way through articulating and pinpointing project methodologies and design structures used.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Supports in designing Kickoff presentations to potential clients that highlight Professional recruitment value proposition (Business proposal), products or services, competitive advantages, and case studies of successful projects or partnerships.
- Receive and collect feedback on proposals provided to enhance proposals recommended to ensure client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or English linguistics or any related field
- 3- 5 years of experience
- Very Good in English
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and requirements
