Responsibilities
• Safe and timely management, design, development, and establishment of construction projects.
• Conduct on-site investigations and data analysis (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.).
• Conducting technical and feasibility studies and developing schemes that meet technical specifications.
• Assessing potential risks and identifying materials and costs.
• Providing appropriate advice and solutions to construction and construction problems.
• Supervising staff and liaising with various management positions.
• Periodic reporting on the status of the project.
• Budget management and procurement of required equipment and materials.
• Follow-up of building and safety declarations and supervision of the application of all requirement
Qualifications
