Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Conduct research to identify international data quality policies related to statistics to be integrated in the organization international relations strategy
  • Collect relevant documentation and data to be integrated in international relations plan in coordination with concerned stakeholders
  • Gather and prioritize existing international relationships to be assessed in order to highlight gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities
  • Define list of potential international parties to cooperate with based on international relations strategic priorities and research findings
  • Prepare documents needed for initial contact and meetings with target entities in line with guidelines and procedures
  • Identify terms and conditions to be included in MOUs based on attended meetings, expectations, and legal requirements in coordination with concerned stakeholders
  • Retrieve and organize existing MOUs and ensure all relevant details are present (i.e., duration of MOU, parties involved, and renewal policy if applicable)
  • Assist in revision of current MOU’s and agreements to highlight gaps and deviations for further analysis
  • Receive requests regarding statistical data and metadata from international organizations to be assessed before dissemination
  • Identify and prioritize statistical products and relevant documents to be shared with concerned stakeholders
  • Gather all needed documentation for attending joint committees' meetings and international events and communicate agenda to participants
  • Identify and prioritize addressed statistical requests to highlight any missing data
  • Collect documentation from concerned stakeholders to support in the development of periodic report

Requirements
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in an International Relations field
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy or equivalent is required
