Description



Responsibilities:

  • Direct, plan, and oversee the implementation of health services programs.

  • Develop and maintain strategic policies, goals, and action plans aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of health services programs, setting and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Supervise contracts for supporting health services and ensure proper execution.

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services for employees, ensuring quality standards.

  • Oversee operations in hospitals and healthcare facilities, including nursing, treatment, surgery, and medical records.

  • Ensure patient safety and monitor initiatives that promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

  • Contribute to improving medical devices and overall healthcare service quality.

  • Prepare annual reports on achievements and ensure alignment with the organizational plan.

  • Manage budgets and resources for the department and services provided.

  • Foster a fair and transparent work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

  • Supervise staff, provide guidance, and support training and development programs.



Requirements:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • MBA is preferred.

  • Minimum of 9 years’ experience in the healthcare sector.

  • Solid experience in hospital management and healthcare services, including nursing, treatment, surgery, and medical records.

  • Experience in managing contracts with healthcare providers and ensuring compliance.

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

  • Proven ability in quality management, health program administration, and partnership building.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with relevant healthcare systems and software
