Job Purpose:

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Director with 10+ years of experience to oversee the implementation of marketing, communication, media and events initiatives, ensuring that all projects align with the organization’s objectives and yield measurable outcomes. This role will ensure that marketing, communication, media and events projects are carried out efficiently and effectively, emphasizing both technical and operational execution while maintaining high standards of quality in deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive marketing, communication and media strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Develop a tailored project management framework for marketing initiatives, defining governance structures and performance metrics to uphold high-quality deliverables.
  • Streamline processes and tools that improve communication, collaboration, and project tracking across teams, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
  • Lead teams in the execution of high-quality marketing, communication, media and events, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure all deliverables meet established quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee campaign execution to drive revenue and optimize performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate new project proposals and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring open communication and alignment on deliverables.
  • Lead discussions to resolve conflicts and enhance internal processes, promoting a solution-oriented culture.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the client's journey and overall satisfaction, supervising the account management team to meet client needs.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of proven project management experience in a marketing agency.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, particularly in a marketing context.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing, communication, media and events campaigns and initiatives
