Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focusing on growing revenue and in alignment with the company vision .
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships .
• Actively gain exposure and insights into local market development and business opportunities .
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders .
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing .
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align go-to-market strategies .
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management .
• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are updated with accurate sales pipeline data.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Knowledge and Experience
• Experience in selling to multiple entities in the construction industry.
• Experience in dealing with and maintaining contractors' relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. Education and Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
