Description

Seeking a dynamic Content Creator and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a creative and highly organized individual who has a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a solid understanding of digital marketing platforms. You will play a key role in executing our content strategy, producing high-quality digital assets, and supporting daily digital marketing operations across multiple platforms.

 

The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced education and student development environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and on-brand digital content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories, short-form videos, etc.) for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Support daily social media posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all active platforms.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist and Social Media Manager to align content with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in the creation of email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and website content.
  • Edit and repurpose video content for different platforms and audience segments.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and freelancers for specific projects as needed.
  • Conduct basic performance tracking, compile reports on content engagement, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in content creation, social media algorithms, and digital storytelling formats.
  • Support ad campaign execution by preparing creative assets and uploading content to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital ad platforms when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, counseling, events) to gather content ideas and capture live event footage for marketing use.

  • Volume and quality of content created monthly.
  • Growth and engagement on social media platforms (follower growth, post reach, engagement rate).
  • Timely delivery of content for scheduled campaigns.
  • Creative quality, alignment with brand guidelines, and visual consistency.
  • Support provided to overall digital campaign execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.
  • Strong video editing and short-form content creation skills (especially for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as paid ads, email marketing, and web content.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a larger team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English preferred (for content creation targeting local and international audiences).
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time at our Riyadh office.
