CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

We’re not looking for a traditional CFO.
We’re looking for a builder, strategist, and operator who can own the financial engine of a high-growth financing startup.

This role is about scaling, structuring, and unlocking growth — not just reporting numbers.

What You’ll Own:
  •  Build and lead the full finance function (FP&A, treasury, accounting, reporting)
  •  Drive financial strategy, forecasting, and scenario planning
  •  Optimize unit economics, pricing models, and profitability
  •  Lead fundraising, investor relations, and debt structuring
  •  Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital efficiency
  •  Ensure compliance with SAMA and financial regulations
  •  Partner with the CEO and COO to scale the business sustainably

What We’re Looking For:
  •  Proven experience in fintech, financing, banking, or high-growth startups
  •  Strong background in fundraising, debt financing, or structured finance
  •  Deep understanding of lending economics, risk, and portfolio management
  •  Hands-on, analytical, and execution-driven
  •  Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast
  •  Builder mindset — comfortable creating systems from scratch
