Description
Responsibilities:

1. Collecting data on strategic initiatives, projects, and operational projects
2. Analyze the progress of projects
Strategy Building the planned completion stages of strategic projects and analyzing the results of success measures periodically based on building the objectives of measures of success of initiatives and reviewing the performance of operational tasks accordingly.

3. Coordinating with the performance management team to ensure that the strategic initiatives and projects align with the strategic performance indicators and their targets.
4. Coordinating with the human resources team when preparing performance cards at the individual level to ensure that they are in line with the progression of initiatives and projects at the individual level of individuals
5. Support the executive decision-making in the Secretariat by submitting periodic reports on the progress of strategic and operational projects by the schedule.
The time frame for submitting periodic reports mentioned in the framework of the work of the Institutional Project Management Office in the secretariat, in addition to submitting reports and providing information and data to the Secretariat's decision-makers when needed
6. Preparing for performance review meetings and attending them, if necessary
7. Contribute to reviewing the initiatives, strategic projects, and operational projects that make up the annual operating plans of the regulatory authorities.
8. Contribute to the strategy review process as required by the work
9. Develop business cards and business plans for initiatives and ensure their adequacy of information in line with the framework of the Corporate Project Management Office in the Secretariat.
10. Submitting proposals to improve the system and framework of the Enterprise Project Management Office
11. Supervising the implementation of initiatives and projects with the concerned regulatory authorities by the procedures of the Corporate Project Management Office framework.
12. Managing the risks and challenges related to the implementation of the initiatives and managing the escalation of these risks and challenges, and proposing solutions and recommendations in accordance with the Enterprise Project Management Office framework
13. Documenting, analyzing, and approving change requests related to strategic initiatives, projects, and operational projects with stakeholders for review.
