Description
Responsibilities 
 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Create sales plans and forecasts, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including  negotiations and contract management.
  • Ensure that sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and refine sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and sales processes.
