Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring proper documentation and property readiness.
- Assist in lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and tracking tenant compliance with lease terms.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues with vendors or internal teams.
- Monitor the performance of service providers, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense tracking, and financial reports.
- Follow up on rent collections and manage delinquent accounts under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and tenant transactions.
- Assist in sourcing and managing vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other property-related services.
- Ensure service agreements are in place and comply with company policies.
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
- Basic knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with tenants and vendors.
- Financial awareness, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
