Job Purpose
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, increase market share, and support the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other business functions to support commercial objectives and product launches.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Establish and track marketing KPIs, preparing regular performance reports for senior management.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- + 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, market research, and campaign management.
