Description

Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, increase market share, and support the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and plans aligned with business goals.
  2. Manage and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  3. Lead brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
  4. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  6. Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with sales, product, and other business functions to support commercial objectives and product launches.
  8. Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  10. Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  11. Establish and track marketing KPIs, preparing regular performance reports for senior management.
  12. Identify and implement innovative marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • + 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, market research, and campaign management.
