Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to develop engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and monitors the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow in the department in order to achieve departmental objectives and to ensure compliance to quality and service standards.
  • Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including media, agencies, and influencers.


Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • + 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and tools
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
