Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
 
  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and executing online campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing etc.
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms.
  • Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth
  • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
  • Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
  • Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Skills and Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position or growth-hacking.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
  • Preferably someone who has experience in the field of digital marketing and has worked in on-demand or services Apps before. Such as Food Delivery, or Transportation.
