Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Talent Development policies and procedures covering all areas of activity
  • Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business
  • environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Actively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities and the existing regulatory landscape
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates
  • Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow
  • Promote a high-performance working environment embracing The organization’s values
  • Manage the identification and prioritization of training needs ensuring alignment with performance management results and business requirements
  • Develop corporate-wide training plans and budget for all organization functions ensuring alignment with individual development plans and high-priority training needs to ensure that all employees build the skills and capabilities needed to perform their jobs efficiently
  • Develop training catalogue ensuring alignment with competency framework and respective proficiency levels
  • Engage with selected training providers to develop business-specific training programs and meet training objectives
  • Supervise the development of training calendars to ensure that training objectives, dates, and venue are clearly set and communicated to all concerned employees
  • Monitor internal and external training enrollment and ensure employee attendance according to individual development plans and apply disciplinary measures to non-abiding employees
  • Ensure proper evaluation of trainings conducted in order to assess whether overall training objectives were met
  • Review learning and development reports and accordingly develop improvement measures and / or corrective actions to enhance learning and development activities across the organization

Requirements
 
  • 6+ years of experience in Development field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required
