Description

Job Purpose

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and support business growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
  2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
  3. Plan and execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive qualified website traffic and conversions.
  4. Conduct keyword research and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  5. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  6. Create, schedule, and publish digital content aligned with marketing objectives.
  7. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  8. Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences.
  9. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
  10. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media advertising platforms.
