Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and market trends
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the brand
- Create, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
- Define and refine the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences
- Understand and define cultural, technological, and social trends and their impact on consumer attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions
- Collaborate with other teams to drive integrated thinking and communications that are aligned with business goals
- Work closely with sales, merchandising, and product development teams to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business goals
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to understand consumer behavior and preferences
- Use insights to drive brand innovation and improve customer experiences
- Develop and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand performance, including brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing ,Business Administration, or any related field
- +6 years of experience
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software
