Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and market trends
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the brand
  • Create, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Define and refine the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences
  • Understand and define cultural, technological, and social trends and their impact on consumer attitudes, behaviors, and perceptions
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive integrated thinking and communications that are aligned with business goals
  • Work closely with sales, merchandising, and product development teams to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business goals
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to understand consumer behavior and preferences
  • Use insights to drive brand innovation and improve customer experiences
  • Develop and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand performance, including brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance and strategic recommendations


Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing ,Business Administration, or any related field
  • +6 years of experience
  •   Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  •  Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
  •  Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software
