Responsibilities
-Job Analysis and Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.
-Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates.
-Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
-Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit.
-Coordinating Assessments: Administer skills tests or assessments as required to evaluate candidates.
-Managing Candidate Experience: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
-Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, ar assist in onboarding processes.
-Tracking Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting.
-Building Relationships: Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhanc sourcing efforts
-Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to refine strategies
Qualifications
- BS degree in Human resources management or related field
- 1-3 years experience
