We are looking for Head of Operations to oversee and manage the overall strategic and operational performance of the entire EV charging station network with a strong customer focus



Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and mission.
•  Oversee the entire operations of the EV charging network, ensuring seamless functionality, high reliability, and excellent customer service.
•  Lead a diverse team of operations managers, specialists, and support staff to foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
•  Direct the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of charging infrastructure to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, business development, and technology to integrate operational considerations into broader company initiatives.
•  Establish and monitor performance metrics to gauge operational efficiency, making data-driven decisions to optimize resources and processes.
•  Manage vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
•  Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
•  Direct the ongoing maintenance strategy, including predictive and preventive measures, to maintain high service standards.
•  Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and operational best practices to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, providing regular financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any high-level operational inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
•  10+ years of operational leadership experience, with a strong preference for experience in the EV charging, renewable energy, or related high-tech industries.
•  Proven track record of managing operations for a large and complex network, delivering measurable improvements in performance and customer satisfaction.
•  Deep understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of EV charging infrastructure.
•  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
•  Exceptional analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
•  Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
•  A visionary mindset, with the ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt operational strategies accordingly.
