Description
Responsibilities
- Create job postings on the right channels that show clear descriptions of the position and its specifications to attract the right candidates.
- Apply fair selection processes, ensuring the right needed skills and behaviors are placed in the right positions by assessing their functional and behavioral indicators.
- Responsible for sourcing the right profiles using the right keywords and filters to reach the right profiles while maintaining good quality.
- Assess profiles and CVs received from recruitment channels by analyzing current position responsibilities and specifications to add them to the talent pool.
- Based on the Client’s needs, designs and develops HR Practices such as “Organization structure, structure mandate, Job designs, etc.…”
- Based on situational analysis, gathers client’s data and information needed that assist in project planning and execution through using relevant tools “Observation, interviews or questionnaires”.
- Follow up and communicate with the client’s team regarding the importance of data.
- Verify and validate client’s data by reviewing documents' accuracy and relevancy.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0 - 1 years experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- strong business acumen
- Excellent in English.
