Description

 Responsibilities: 


    •    Supervise the development and implementation of general management policies, goals, and procedures.
    •    Develop business plans for the entity’s objectives in alignment with its strategic goals.
    •    Ensure the alignment of plans, policies, and procedures with the business transformation strategy and the strategic objectives of the organization.
    •    Coordinate with relevant departments to set performance indicators, organize main KPIs, and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
    •    Oversee allocations and dedicated resources for sectors and provided services.
    •    Take responsibility for budget distribution across departments in line with the general management budget.
    •    Ensure compliance with legal practices and procedures aimed at protecting the organization’s interests.
    •    Monitor the organization’s regulations and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and other relevant systems.
    •    Review contracts and agreements with external parties to ensure compliance with laws and organizational policies.
    •    Provide legal consultations regarding regulations, disputes, complaints, and legal matters, including drafting opinions and recommendations.
    •    Participate in awareness campaigns to enhance compliance with legal obligations within the organization.


Requirements:

    •    Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
    •    Minimum of 12 years of practical experience.
    •    Strong knowledge of local and international regulations and systems.
    •    Professional certification is preferred.
    •    Time management and interpersonal communication skills.
    •    Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
    •    Ability to use relevant technologies and software applications.
    •    Strong competencies in legal compliance, systems and process implementation, problem solving, consultation and guidance, and strategic focus.
