Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Eastern Region sales strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Identify high-potential zones, new verticals, and underserved merchant segments.
- Lead expansion into industrial and high-density residential areas.
- Build strong relationships with regional F&B groups and retail operators.
- Secure exclusive partnerships where strategically beneficial.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure merchant service levels.
- Work with Marketing on regional campaigns and activations.
- Lead, coach, and scale regional sales managers and field sales teams.
- Establish clear KPIs, commission plans, and incentive structures.
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
Other Requirements:
- 8–12 years of sales leadership experience in delivery, FMCG, e-commerce, or tech platforms.
- Proven success managing regional P&L and hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Strong network within Eastern Province F&B and retail sectors.
- Experience leading large field sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Arabic & English fluency preferred.
