Responsibilities
All Legal related business including:
- Sharia Consultancy Legal pleadings and the attendance of Judicial hearings
- All Legal business and other associated business in the legal profession
- Administrative and supervisory work that related to the legal profession, and any other business that not fundamentally different from these mentioned works
- Preparation of legal contracts and proposals
- Has a great experience in Real Estate cases
Qualifications
- A Sharia or Law graduated with excellent overall grade
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Law practice license
- Experience in public courts
- High ability of oral persuasion and advocacy in the courtroom
- Advanced in legal memorial writing
- Good English speaking
- Experience in dealing with Governmental platforms
