Responsibilities

 
  • Job Analysis and Posting: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
  • Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit
  • Coordinating Assessments: Administer skills tests or assessments as required to evaluate candidates
  • Managing Candidate Experience: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback
  • Collaboration with HR: Work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and assist in onboarding processes
  • Tracking Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting
  • Building Relationships: Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to enhance sourcing efforts
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to refine strategies
     
Requirements
 
  • Bachelor degree in HR equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • exposure to global recruitment practice and experience of working within global organizations
  • Experience of direct sourcing methenes (linked,social media,etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
