Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to meet company revenue and growth targets.
 - Manage the daily operations of the company’s website and online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
 - Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion metrics to continuously improve performance and optimize sales funnels.
 - Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid media to drive traffic and sales.
 - Work with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure the website is visually appealing, functional, and up to date with products, pricing, and promotions.
 - Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
 - Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
 - Handle relationships with third-party platforms, payment gateways, and logistics providers.
 - Oversee customer service processes to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience and maintain high satisfaction rates.
 - Stay current on emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
 - 8+ years of proven experience in an e-commerce (Preferably in the Retail field)
 - Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
 - Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).
 - Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
 - Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
 - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
