Description
Responsibilities
 
  •  Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
  •  Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
  •  Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports to the CEO.
  •  Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  •  Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
  •  Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and potential risks to inform strategic decisions.
  •  Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
  •  Identify cost-saving measures and revenue-generation opportunities.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and partners.
  •  Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess business performance.
  •  Prepare and present regular reports and updates to company board.
  • Drive the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfillment, technology, and infrastructural plans.
  • Generate data-driven commercial insights and manage relationships with partners for the business.
  • Analyze new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments in the global and local landscape.
  •  Develop long and short-term strategies and tactics for growth.
  •  Develop and implement the roadmap for the online store's functionality.
  •  Manage customer retention and loyalty programs.
  •  Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
  •  Responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies.
  •  Plan for e-marketing expenditures and develop a financial plan for maximizing resources and return on investment.
  •  Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
  •  Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as sales, product performance, and offering code performance.
  •  Meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Define e-commerce product pricing strategies.
  •  Communicate with suppliers (partners).
  • Provide prompt, detailed, and accurate general status reports on goals, accounting, and lead management.
  •  Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between team members
