Description
Responsibilities
 
  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures 
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices 
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders 
  • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements 
  • Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
  • Conduct current state capabilities assessment and gap analysis for Human Resources function to identify challenges and weaknesses through reports, KPIs, employee satisfaction surveys, etc. 
  • Develop all needed material for innovative workshops and communicate scheduling with concerned stakeholders to brainstorm HR initiatives and projects 
  • Conduct relevant research and draft ideas and recommendations to be incorporated in HR manual and code of conduct ensuring alignment to national laws and regulations  
  • Prepare training content and logistics and accordingly organize trainings for HRMS utilization and coordinate with Information Technology function to identify, address, and resolve potential issues 
  • Keep abreast of latest best practices regarding HR frameworks to identify practices applicable to the organization 
  • Conduct current state assessment and gap analysis for HR frameworks and programs to identify and analyze requirements and areas for improvement 
  • Conduct training workshops to inform and coach concerned teams on HR frameworks changes and updates and ensure smooth adoption and implementation
  • Develop, update, maintain, and detail the organizational and positional structures and cascade down to the lowest level to ensure clear depiction of the relationship between the organization functions
  • Develop / update key reporting lines, delegation of authority matrices, cross functional interfaces, and communication mechanisms to ensure clear split of roles and responsibilities 
  • Conduct job analysis, update current job descriptions, and detail required accountabilities for new / updated positions in coordination with concerned functions 
  • Conduct research to identify technical and behavioral competencies relevant to the organization and accordingly develop list of competencies to be included within competency framework 
  • Conduct internal equity assessment to identify discrepancies within current salaries and evaluate salary dispersion, salary ratio, salary overlap, overpaid outliers, and underpaid outliers  
  • Conduct external equity assessment and assess against internal equity assessment in order to compare current salaries against market findings and identify potential discrepancies  
  • Conduct workshops with the organization functions to identify and detail workforce requirements as per approved methodology and tools 
  • Consolidate, categorize, and prioritize workforce needs by job category and identify anticipated attrition in order to forecast workforce supply for each function 

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Planning and Organization Development field 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required
